Shoes
I ordered two pairs of shoes that looked gorgeous online. However, when they arrived they were too small and of sub-standard quality. I requested a full refund and to return the shoes but was given 2 options exchange for a bigger size or store credit. I declined that offer and was offered 50% credit and allowed to keep the shoes. I again declined and was then offered 100% credit. I was disappointed on how many attempts it took to get my money back. But I am happy I got my money back

Received wrong item but reached resolution
I ordered a pair of sandals based on the photos shown on the website, but when they arrived, they looked completely different. I checked the site again and noticed the photos had been updated since I placed my order. On top of that, the sandals were far too small—even though I ordered my usual size. I reached out to customer service, and they initially offered a 40% discount and said I could keep the shoes. I pushed back, and they increased the offer to 50%. After another follow-up, they ultimately gave me a full refund. So while the experience was frustrating and a bit of a waste of time due to the misleading photos, I appreciated that they resolved it fairly in the end. I didn’t have to return the sandals, and I’ll just give them away.

The customer service has been amazing
The customer service has been amazing! The product not so much. I ordered my shoes based on my size, they came way too small, so I was able to get another pair that does fit but the quality of the shoes is less than picture leads to expect. They are not terrible but based on description, I expected a higher quality of shoe. I feel $20 is more appropriate for the shoes, not $40. Though they did have me keep the original pair and send a replacement pair which do fit better. The customer service was quick to reply and handle the issue.
