Ordered my regular size. 🛑 BEWARE. ---you wont get a refund or credit. Won't happen. ---🛑 Took forever to arrive. Had no idea they were coming from Finland. To the United States. Actually Texas. One size too small. Tried immediately to start a refund or a resize. Sent several emails and phone calls. There would be a slight response with more activities to jump through before I could apply for not a refund but a gift card. Which never happened. I finally had to call my bank and stop payment. I am in the middle of a fight with them now. Ughhh you better order your stuff. One size bigger

Bought some shoes, the same day found them not suitable, filled an online form requesting a refund. No answer for weeks. Sent another online form requesting the same and still nothing back. (Nothing in junk folder). This situation has further prevented me from buying online.

The shoes I bought were okay but the size we got is wrong. Trying to know the return process for the shoes by mailing on given email but now its says email address not found. Even tried calling on given number that is mentioned on website, its wrong too.. Now I am feeling cheated!

Gave 2 due to styles they have but quantity is very poor. My boots had stitching coming out when opened them. They didn’t go on well when you pulled them up you could hear stitches break the back of the heal was made of card board it bent an smooshed so it was difficult to keep that up while pulling boot on. An keep it from being all visibly bumpy. Tried to return but was only given the time frame. I couldn’t find out where to mail them to so I ended up with something I wore 2x then donated them. Never will I buy from them again.

I bought the woman’s suede mules, ordered 2 sizes, they are cheap and the same shoes I got from SHEIN for about $12 as opposed to their $42. It says suede but has a polyester type backing and they were soooo stinky!!! The footbed is not hard and not comfortable. Cute design but not worth the money and not from the Netherlands. Buy from Shein.

Update: Resolved. I was able to receive partial refund credit and received a different pair of shoes which were satisfactory. I tried to process a return for a refund. The shoes were too narrow, too short and did not resemble the advertised picture in color and finish. I received an email that read ‘ To help us move forward with your return request and open a claim on your behalf, could you please send a photo of the shoes either being worn or laid flat next to a measuring tape showing the key measurements?’ It appears I needed to prove my assertions. I have requested information for a return three times. Would not recommend this company. Poor customer service and misleading advertising. The shoes are thin and flimsy. The process for returns are extremely problematic. Update: I received their reply to this review (below) as well as by email. I have responded to their email 3 times. No action on their part has been taken. They did not follow up on THEIR offer. Hence, this update. There has been no action on their part beyond empty words to resolve this issue. My money has been taken and all I have is a pair of flimsy dupes I can’t wear. Stall, Delay, Deflect, Sound Bites, and a continuous repetition of these things is their strategy. This, unfortunately, has been my experience.

I ordered boots November 22. I got no feedback for 2 weeks, then sent an email. Received an excuse that somehow the item was stuck in transit, then received an email over a week later that the item was ready to send. Just received them December 10. 2 snowstorms later. And I wish I loved them, but the quality is not wonderful. Don't do it.

My slip on boots arrived after two weeks on 11/19. I am a size 8 and the boot was about 3/4 of an inch too long leaving a huge gap behind my heel. It being the holidays and with travel, I contacted customer service on 12/4 regarding the return. I have 15 days as this point to complete the return! They replied on 12/8 with a request that I provide a photo with the boot on where they can see how it does not fit. I complied. On 12/10 I received a reply indicating that due to their delay in getting back to me they would extend the return due date by the length of their delay. Full refund required the product to be received with in the return window. And, "Please Note: Return shipping to our warehouse in CHINA is at the customer's expense, and costs can be significant depending on your location." Or, 75% Store Credit - Keep the item and receive 75% of your order value as store credit - no return needed. This is the fastest and easiest option, as you avoid international return shipping costs and delays. So - customer service responses were polite (hence two stars instead of one) ... but at this point I risk spending at least $40 to return an item that cost $59... and if it doesn't reach the warehouse in CHINA in the return window then I would have spent $30 to $60 for nothing. Clearly the return policy described as "30-Day Risk Free" is not accurate. There is a risk and it's called significant shipping cost to the warehouse in CHINA. Nowhere on their website or in their Return Policy does it indicate the return shipping address or hint that their warehouse is in CHINA. I will be donating these shoes to Goodwill resale shop.
