After I received the shoes, I did not like the boots at all. It was made very cheap and not worth the $90 spent on them.. I followed the Bareroots Footwear return process. I I reached out to inquire about their return policy and received a response within 48 hours . They requested for me to send pictures of the boots and once they receive the pictures they would send another email with instructions to return them. However, when I followed the instructions to request the return label, I did not get a response. When I attempted to follow up, I continuously received a notice saying the email address was undeliverable. I tried multiple times, even from my work email address Yet, the email address the company had emailed me from previously was no longer operational. I tried to call their number on the website but would always get an automated voice saying they are not available or it just gives a busy signal. If someone from Bareroots does read this, I would greatly appreciate a return label for a full refund of the shoes I bought. Look for the email with Order BRF13518 in the subject line. This is a scam and DO NOT BUY from this site.

I received a pair of shoes that I ordered 1/3/26. The shoes are not even remotely close to the picture. I sent an email 1/3/26 asking for a return label. I've sent numerous emails and have not heard a word. A few times I received an email back stating that address couldn't be found. The customer service number doesn't take messages and no one calls or email you. I want my money back, this is fake advertisement and a way to steal peo0les money. I will leave negative comments about this company daily until I get my money back. You have 30 days to return a purchase, yet you can't get a response to even get a return label.

I’ll never buy from this website again…if you like your order and are keeping it then I guess they are ok but returning is a nightmare, they expect you to do all the work of buying the return shipping label…if you get that far in the return process because there have been countless emails back and forth just to get a simple return done. For me it cost $30 to send the item back to china, that’s almost the price I payed for the footwear…and now suspiciously the email address that I emailed back and forth with to get a return and refund isn’t available anymore…buyer beware of this seller

I have been attempting to return boots that I purchased since December 18. They were responsive for about two days and then I got no responses so earlier this week I sent in another email and the email is undeliverable. I’ve tried for multiple email addresses and nothing works. I’ve also tried calling the customer support line multiple times and I just got a voicemail saying we cannot take your call. This is ridiculous service as on the website it states 30 day return policy. No one shop here ever! What’s the point of having a customer service phone number and email if they don’t exist or they’re not gonna answer.

Ordered boots they came in in the wrong size. It took about three weeks to a month just to arrive. I sent an email. Nobody has responded. I also put in for like to be contacted back on their website. Nobody has responded. I tried calling their number. it’s disconnected. I’m just trying to get a refund on the boots cause I do not want to wait another three weeks for a month to probably get the wrong size.

Their contact email no longer exists and bounces back and no customer service nor phone line available, they just take your money and run, do not order from them they are a scam !

The shoes I received are not the quality or materials that was represented in the ad. I tried to return the item and now my emails are being bounced. Do not buy from these people this is a scam.
