Not the best experience but very happy with our purchase
Overall, we are very happy with our SS12. We purchased our swim spa in July 2021 from an expo in Charlotte, NC. We were told delivery would be in October 2021, but it wasn't delivered until mid-December 2021. From our salesman, we were under the impression Barefoot Spas would hook up our swim spa at the time of delivery. Prior, we had an electrician install the necessary wiring for it, which was not cheap. This was not the case, so we spent an additional $500 to have it hooked up. We were finally able to fill it on December 30th. We were almost finished filling it and we heard water running underneath the spa. We had to remove the side panels and sure enough we had a significant leak. Our spa is located indoors, so this was especially bad. We were able to contact Nathan with Barefoot Spas that same evening. He was great and sent a work order over to their authorized technician to repair it for us. Unfortunately, the authorized technician turned out to be a nightmare. He actually made our situation worse. So, we found another technician on our own, which Barefoot Spas vetted for us, and he was able to repair it. Nathan was awesome throughout our entire situation. Our swim spa has been running great and we really LOVE it! We understand mistakes happen, and Barefoot Spas was quick to make it right for us.
