NO Emergency Customer Service. Our Control panel stopped working Thanksgiving Friday. They were closed for the holiday and weekend. They are only open 9-5. I finally got ahold of someone on Monday morning. It's costing me $150 to have a tech come out to fix the problem, in about 7-10 days. My hot tube could freeze by then. Regretting every purchasing this from Barefoot spas. When they delivered the hot tub, they ripped the cover and tried to hide it. Thank God I have a Ring Camera and caught the whole thing.

The salesman, Jason, really made our overall purchase exceptional. He helped us decide which spa we wanted, was a phone call away when I needed additional help and always very kind. We love our spa! Customer service was also exceptional.

The headrest fits perfectly, but the clips do not match up. I cannot get it to click in...such a bummer
