Very inhappy that their website uses "reviews" that are mocked up to look EXACTLY like they are from Trustpilot!!! That's enough to alert me to something fraudulent.

They have no customer service.

I ordered a set of sheets and they arrived in a reasonable amount of time. I did not open them because I decided I could not afford them since my auto insurance bill had come due. I called phone number on their website 888-831-6810 and was given options to keep the sheets or return instructions. I sent them right back (I had to pay the shipping cost). Make sure you get a tracking number. I checked the tracking number as to what day and time the package was received at their office. After two weeks I did not receive a refund. I tried to call the phone number again but could not get through. I sent an email to them (hello@bareearth) within 2 days I received a response from Kevin. He requested the tracking number. Within 3 days the refund was placed back on my credit card. So, I had no problems with my order. Good luck to the rest of the community that uses this service!

We have tried grounding sheets with great results from another company, but saw that there were supposed to be even better results with BareEarth and with the ‘no questions asked’ return policy- we decided to try. The sheet was actually a bit too big for our Queen mattress- but our biggest disappointment was with the return policy itself. Because we did not notice any of the grounding benefit with these sheets after a week of using- we decided to return. The 90 Day Money back guarantee, with one email and no questions asked is very deceitful. They would not take the sheets back because they had been opened and used (how are we to use the 90 days and test benefits without using). Absolutely could not believe it, based on the website description of how much they backed their product. There were no * alerting us to ‘small print’- which apparently there is because this was shared with us in the email telling us returns with full refund are not possible. We are moving on, but definitely wanted others to be careful and aware that money will not be refunded- unless of course you leave your box unopened/unused for the 90 days.

There is no information online on Bare Earth's website on HOW to return a product within the 90 days. I have not opened the sheet itself as I realised it is the wrong size. I now want to return the kit (mat, sheet, testing implement), but don't know who to write to, ring, email or WHERE to send the product and claim a refund. I used the mat for about 3 weeks when sitting at my desk, but I can't say that I felt any benefits from using it. Any suggestions on how to return and claim a refund are most welcome. Bavali

I sent my sheets back as I found my house isn’t grounded. They reimbursed half of my $ and said they would reimburse the other half when they received the sheets. That was 5 months ago and numerous emails back and forth. DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Bare Earth grounding sheets have definitely improved my quality and quantity of sleep.

Bare Earth is a dishonest company as is earthing.com. I was unable to cancel once I realized they are a scam. I reported Bare Earth to BBB and was able to get a refund. Then I ordered from earthing.com. They treated me the exact way Bare Earth. I truly believe they are one and the same. Bare earth made a false link and showed their company with a 9.9 rating and best overall. I just reported Earthing to BBB as well. AMEX checked both disputes and accepted my dispute immediately. Do not trust them. Sincer then, I have found several other counterfeit grounding companies. EarthingHarmony is the real legal site.
