Do not buy their 10,000 lux lamp. It is absolute junk. Probably cost $4 to make it and they sell it for $60. Drop ships from China. Save your money. My guess is the rest of their products are crap too.

Sun Lamps I purchased 3 sun lamps from Bare Earth. One lamp was not working. I sent a video of the issue and after a few weeks, they shipped out a replacement lamp. My only issue is that it took a while to get this resolved but the final outcome was appreciated. I would purchase from this company again.

I ordered a set of sheets. (1) I am sure I ordered full size sheets, but got a set of single sheets. (2) Return was very difficult, but after prodding, them I got a refund. (3) They did not return the full amount and kept $20. BETTER TO AVOID THIS COMPANY. (NOTE: I had to give a date for the "experience" but it took place over several weeks.)

First I read about grounding sheets, then I purchased what I thought was a sheet set and separate pillow case. I didn't understand that sheets meant only the fitted sheet. So now I have half a sheet set. It is absolutely not made clear. I called to return the overpriced incomplete sheet and pillow case. The very polite man that helped me explained that is how the sheet comes not a shipping error just 1. He offered a weighted blanket cover and a 25% discount and talked me in to trying it. I did and it's not comfortable or soft. I had to break up a set of my own to complete the $189 dollar fitted sheet. I really hoped it would work like advertised. Outrageous, I never would have purchased this if it didn't have a 90 day return option. I should have returned it when I called the first time but was talked into trying it. Oops, didn't read the return policy, thoroughly. No refund if you try it. I've never been ripped off like this. Now I've purchased half a sheet set for $189 and one $50 pillow case that isn't even comfortable enough to want to use. They are rough feeling and I don't own a weighted blanket but now have a cover for one. Customer service is very polite but the whole encounter from the beginning to the end was horrible and expensive. Unfortunately neither my husband or myself noticed any difference in sleep or anything. I really hoped if worked. I'm not typically a person that reviews things but this situation was so bad I want to warn others. Save your money or try another company.

I purchased this grounding sheet a few months ago, it has been on my bed now for a few months, (it has been washed several times) I gave it a good go, it is useless. It made no positive changes, wake up tired still. If I could give it less than a star I would. It is now where it belongs, in the bin. After reading all the complaints, which I wish I had read before I purchased it, I decided to cut my losses and just give my honest review hoping that it might save someone else from making the same mistake I did. It is useless.

Very disappointed in customer service. Do Not use if you suffer from ptsd. Sheets made things worse and refused a full refund after 2 nights use.

Tried to cancel order day later after not receiving a confirmation. Tried via email & their website, no response. Tried again to cancel, no response but then product shipped. Luckily it was delivered just before going on a shipping container. Overall, customer service non-existent. After reading other reviews I’m not looking forward to receiving product.
