I paid for expedited 2 day shipping on my order that was placed around noon. The website states that orders placed before 2pm ship same day. The order wasn’t even shipped for 3 days. Tried to cancel the order, because I was no longer going to be staying at the shipping address, which they refused. Horrible customer service. Don’t shop here.

Ordered Havis bracket C-B70. Best/lowest price by $12 given free shipping. Website stated “ships free in 3-5 days”. However item took 8 days to ship and 10 days to receive item. Item well-packaged for shipping. Overall very pleased with purchase, would order from BG again.
