I enjoyed the layout, most of the lecturers, and the ISAAC was invaluable. I’m not even sure if I passed yet - but I’m content with everything Barbri taught me.

I used Barbri since 1L year using their mastery programs and all they had to offer. It was easy transitioning to using their bar prep program. The professors kept the videos as interesting as they could be and provided me with the information I needed. I felt like I did not need any other supplements as Barbri had everything I needed. Their bi-weekly meeting groups were great to relate to other students going through the bar prep experience. I passed the Bar on the first try and I would go with Barbri again.

It's tailored to my learning style. I've been working another career for 20 years and my learning curve wasn't as steep this time around. This was the only way I could work a full time job and still study for the bar (in the morning before work and the evenings after work). Between the video lectures, the detailed outlines, and the practice it feels like a great combination for any learning style. I've only taken the bar twice but every time I've used Barbri and I've passed both times. I don't ever want to take another bar =) but if I had to, I'd sure use Barbri to study. It's my good luck charm.

I was a second time user. The first time I used Barbri exclusively and was ill prepared. The lectures are informative. The second time I used the outlines and also made my own. The questions were not helpful. I stopped using Barbri questions and used Adaptibar. My MBE increased 15 points. I also found the NBEC essays and MPTs more effective than Barbri. For the price I paid I would not recommend the program

Your MBE course was good. FL portion could improve by reviewing the lectures for something more concise and on point.

There are only so many ways to present the material. Some people prefer flow charts, mnemonics, whatever. My principal complaint concerns the lecturers. Some of them have no business being part of a program I paid almost 3K. The good: civ pro, contracts, torts, community property, OK: corps, agency/partnership The awful: Con law, crim law/crim pro, wills, trusts, evidence. I did like the "micro" essays embedded in some of the lectures. You should expand on those. The MBE materials were fine. Everybody complained about the Feb. administration; it didn't matter if they used Adaptibar, Uworld, or other.

Although I fell into the bottom 10 percentile for the 200 questions MBE practice exam, the program still helped me pass the Bar with a score high enough to practice in all jurisdictions! The practice exams teach you how to analyze the questions and to work towards the right answers. If you want to pass the first time, this is the program for you.

Very good bar prep. Passed California Bar exam on first try. Especially helpful with building stamina and pace for the MBE portion. Feedback from essay graders could be more specific and less negative and overly generalized.
