Will not process my return even though the item was returned. Custom service will no longer reply to my emails. I returned the product in perfect condition in original box & used the return split provided. I had to pay for the shipping myself as well. They have received the item. I have since sent many emails asking about the return status but they will not return any of my emails. I have reached out many times to their customer service.

Got a rhinestone blazer from Barabas for my movie premiere and it was absolute showstopper.. My first time buying, will definitely shop again! Quality is amazing, and slim fit was a perfect fit.

i am requesting an update on this order.(#1334298).I was told that one of the shirts was on back order and I would receive it the 3rd week in August…the shirt that I returned and requested the burgundy colored shirt (3x) as a replacement was to be sent with the back ordered shirt..it is now September and I have received no info update or merchandise..please provide info as to expected delivery…I have reached out several times..

Wow, worst experience in quite some time. Shirt didn't fit and felt cheap so I went to return it. And while they say text the word "return" plus the order number, I got no reply, ever. Then you have to print out a return form and pay for return shipping. They got it 3 days ago and nothing, no credit, no refund, no response to me email asking where my money is, nothing. Also got a size 32 pants that are way too small (not true to size) and finally got an email from support, asking for the bar code, and then they ghosted. Oh and if you got something on sale, no refund, only a credit so you're stuck buying more of their poor quality clothes. Never buying anything again, they really suck. And going to the BBB to file a complaint and get my money back. Just horrible.

Asking customers to pay for shipping when your product comes in damaged and then attempting to charge a 25% restocking fee is unethical and unacceptable. Total scam

Amazing cloth and quality at least the T-Shirts. I love it and highly recommended. I bought 5 long sleeve t-shirts and no matter where i go everybody say something positive about them.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The company is a total scam. Bought $500 worth of clothes from them and even though their website advertises returns, it was super difficult trying to get a return label. Then I got a return label and shipped back what didn’t work for me and they never sent my refund. I contacted them several times but still haven’t gotten my refund.
