Great Local Bank with Room for Consistency Improvement
I've had nothing but positive experiences with United Bank, especially at my local branch, where I manage both personal and business accounts. While they may not be as large as Chase or Bank of America, they remain competitive in terms of services and rates. The staff has always been friendly and helpful, making it a pleasure to bank with them. The only area I believe could use some improvement is their consistency with requirements. I noticed some discrepancies in the documentation needed for home loans versus HELOC loans, which caused a bit of confusion. However, beyond that, they have been great so far, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a solid local bank.
