To TrustPilot, I recently had the unfortunate experience of using an online casino platform named BankRolla.com that proved to be nothing short of a frustrating ordeal. A month now waiting for most current redemption. Prior to submitting this current redemption, I had attempted to redeem my winnings on three separate occasions dating back to June 21st which i stupidly waited an entire calendar month before the request was cancelled on their end—without my permission—and without explanation. This has now occurred twice. Im ashamed and feel personally targeted and regret deeply ever gaming at this site now as i wait for my third attempt to process. Whats funny is there is no hold up at their financial distributor because other friends’ account have redeemed—smaller and higher amounts and these were processed within three days. So its lies when they tell you its out of their hands. Many of my friends chat back and forth with their “staff” revealing they just repeat the same automated message or utilize a low tier AI response agent. My account has already completed the required KYC verification multiple times. I have proof of everything include other deceptive practices that were revealed only after being denied the multiple attempts at redemption that were rightfully won after utilizing numerous dollars of my income. Bankrolla i feel seeks to shame me financially and emotionally with their apathy concerning the importance that my prize redemption represents for me.

Took forever to redeem and get verified. And you have to buy packages to get daily bonus that is t even worth it like 1 cent up to maybe 10 cents

I used to have a very positive experience with Bankrolla and considered it a good site. Unfortunately, my experience has changed. I submitted a $400 redemption on August 3rd and, as of today, I still have not received my money. I have contacted support several times and, while the representatives I’ve spoken with have been polite and kind, I have continued to receive responses saying that the issue is being looked into without an actual resolution or a definite payment date. I was told on August 18th that my issue had been escalated to the finance team and that they would try to speed up the process. I appreciated that effort and continued to wait, but I still have not received my redemption or a meaningful update. I have now filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because I have exhausted my attempts to resolve this directly with Bankrolla. It is extremely frustrating to be waiting this long for $400, especially when I have been a customer who previously trusted and enjoyed this site. I hope Bankrolla proves me wrong and processes my redemption, because I would much rather update this review positively than continue warning others. But as of right now, I cannot recommend Bankrolla.

I made a redemption request and had to cancel and resubmit two separate times it has now been 31 days and still have not received my redemption I will no longer play here there are so many others that pay you within 3days I have never been given any problems with the others I say BEWARE og Bankrolla

The se and i won a little bit of money, my account needed to be verified, I sent them what they wanted. Then I get an error message that there were to many attempts to verify contact customer support. So I did. They told me they dont see a problem and will send it up the chain. And No one ever got back to me. Its a scam and there should be something illegal about that

Impossible to win. Seemed rigged as can be. If you do win they won’t pay you out. They ask for your fort alls sensitive banking info and have no way to securely send it. They also are guilty for false advertising. Which is a crime
