Well let see now where should I begin? So I have already written a review for this casino and got a answer back from them almost immediately which usually is a good sigh but not this time. Basically it felt like a plot to waste my time even more. I did everything they asked me to do to verify my identity and it even says on there platform that I'm verified so u would think that it would be a piece of cake to cash out......WRONG I spent my whole day today trying to cash out my messily $200 winnings to no avail. And when I click on the live chat link off to the dumb bot which is about as much help as a flashlight in broad daylight. I just want my winnings. I even deposited money to this platform it not like I was playing on a no deposit bonus or something. Don't waste your time on this less than mediocre casino. UPDATE.... I have received my winnings and changed from 1 to 3 stars if it wasn't for the trouble of getting my payout it would have been 4 stars

Bankrolla is fairly new for me but the platform, for what I have seen of it, is good. I am not that familiar with Bankrolla quite yet but I am working on it. Here I thought Bankrolla snowed me with some extras they claimed to give out but I had my days mixed up. Bankrolla had honored it, I was in the wrong day.
