This was a site that I played awhile back and I did win with them and got my redemption with no problem but then they started taking everything I put into it no bonus or nothing at all just taking everything so I gave them a break so I came back to the game deposit $15 turned it into $150 redeemed I guess they don’t like that and don’t wanna pay now wants me to verify all over again did that part then they want my to upload my card I did that but they want you to upload every card you every used and I use Apple Pay most of the time because it’s convenient you don’t get a card so I can’t upload so there it goes either the money just sits or you play it which you’re being forced to play it because you’ll never get it anyway so I hope no one plays on this site unless you’re using only your debit card that you can verify they like taking your money but when you try to get some of yours back they take you Thur so much so you want be able to redeem it’s just crazy to me I did all this before and redeemed several times at that now this crap highly upset of they do this over something so small I would hate to win something bigger this isn’t a real casino because they don’t do all that and customer support isn’t a help

So I opened my account with bankrolla and took it on a nice little run. Tried to verify but was unsuccessful with my crappy camera on my phone, then got the message my verification has been stopped due to multiple failed attempts. So I messaged with support and was told to wait 24 hours for a new verification link to show up in my email. When I outright asked for the link to be sent then because it doesn't take 24 hours to generate a link I was assured that a link would probably be sent sooner than that. Well guess what a couple hours later I go to sign into my account and I am BLOCKED! I HAVE Followed the terms of service to a T. They are just preying on people who allow this sort of stuff to happen. Bankrolla that isn't me, and we are going to get things straight one way or the other. Trustpilot is my first stop. Askgamblers, LCB, ect. Will be the next places I air this dishonesty out at. Should you guys choose to do the right thing and allow me to properly verify and redeem my winnings I will happily go back and amend any statements I have made. My bankrolla is the same email as the email I am using here derrickdearing1 at gmail dot com . Hopefully we can fix things because this scam just looks outright atrocious for business. And scummy only begins to describe it. I'm looking forward for your folks correction and doing the right thing thank you .

FRAUDS!!! With a capital F!! Heres what will happen. They will act nice and accept your first two redemptions. Then if you try to redeem again, they will ask for more verification, but when you upload the required “verification” they will reject it and never give your money or let you redeem again. STAY FAR AWAY, or just set your expectations to 2 redemptions and know how they operate.

Do not play here! I was fully verified and even redeemed a couple times with their instant redemption and thought it was great. Now I have been trying to redeem 150 for 5 days and they keep rejecting it and took the instant redemption option away. They are asking me for a million documents which I have sent and they just keep going in circles asking for a photo of a card that doesn’t exist because I purchased with Apple Pay! Scam casino!

If I could give one star I would. I’ve tried to redeem my winnings over 10 times and every time it bounces back. I’ve reached out to customer service and every time they say to try a new card, which I have it still bounced back. It feels like they just bounce back redemptions until you give up. I wouldn’t even bother wasting my time on this.

Company is basically trying to obligate me to keep the account open per section 7f of the TC I can permanently close my account I reached out to support and he said that’s not an option. I requested a supervisor and he said that also wasn’t an option and banned me from opening a chat keep in mind I did not even curse or anything just because he wanted to ban me he did

I requested them again to close my account today but they clearly refused to do it ,they say they can give me cooling period of 24 hours and then I’ve contact them again to get my account close for JUST 14 days( thats what they considered permanent close ). Your account will remain open with them until the bankrolla social app itself doesn’t collapse so your information is with them forever i guess.
