Account was blocked rather than paying my redemption

On June 7th I won $150 I put in a redemption for $125 it took a week to verify my identity and I had to resubmit my redemption after I was verified. After several emails and request to find out the status my redemption was rejected and I received an email that said that it was due to a technical error after 3 weeks it happened again I received an email from the VIP manager saying that they had given me some free spins or something and they apologized that this technical problem had occurred but my redemption had been rejected again. And then told him I was going to report them for not giving me my winnings in less than 40 hours later they blocked my account when I asked why they blocked my account they said that through a further investigation they found that I had multiple accounts and that I violated their terms and conditions I have never ever played except for that one time on their site and when I ask for the information such as the email address or identifying information that said it was me because it was without my permission if it was opened they did not give me that information and they said it was not for discussion this site tries to get your money and if you win they try to convince you to cancel it and play they string out your redemption request and I really if it would have been more I definitely would have turned him into the trade commission or the gaming commission of my state because they are really involved in unfair gaming practices
