Still waiting for my redemption after 4 days and having to reverify my already verified account and cant even get an answer on how long its going to be until I get my redemption processed. Never had this issue with any other sweeps sites ive won on. Maybe my rating will change if I ever get my redemption EDIT still waiting for my redemption and cant get an actual answer when contacting them! SCAM

After a month of waiting, several emails with generic responses and going through the KYC verification TWICE, keep in mind I was verified the first time…I finally received my redemption. I don’t think I’ll ever play with this platform again! It’s not worth the wait!

The first redemption goes well after cashing out, but after that, it's a pure nightmare to cash out. This is the only online casino that says redemption volume is high and takes forever to redeem your winnings. Plus, it will deny the same card you used to deposit money when you try to cash out, which is crazy. Please play with caution ⚠️.

So my account said I was verified so I make a purchase and try to redeem the winnings they say my documents are not up to their standards then they say fraud department has closed my accounts because I have multiple accounts, which the only way that is true is if I had trouble logging in and thought it was my other email address and trying to log in created a new account! So they won’t give me my winnings or refund my purchases

So here it is. Almost 10 days still waiting on my redemption. They keep giving me the same song-and-dance. Oh, our payment team is really having high volumes right now. We understand how concerned you are blah blah blah the site is ridiculous. I would recommend you guys going. Somewhere else to play? Customer service? Never heard of it. Redemption? What's that? Deposit? Sure, deposit as much as you want.

I tried to redeem $300 that I was able to run up from my no-deposit bonus. My account was fully verified and the redemption time dragged out for days before they ultimately closed my account for “having multiple accounts”. This was my first and only account, so I definitely did not have another account and did not breach their terms of service as they said. I went back and forth with support on this issue, and all they would say is that their decision is final and they can’t give me any information about the supposed other account. I never got my redemption obviously. This seems to be a very scammy way of avoiding paying out redemptions. I would stay away from this site and avoid depositing if you do decide to play. UPDATE: I decided to email support again based on BankRolla’s response to my review here. I was met with the same response as before, that I had “violated their terms and conditions due to multiple accounts so my account is permanently restricted”. I want to reiterate to everyone that I had one account and had never made a second one. This absolutely seems to be their way to avoid paying out redemptions. Please be cautious of this site.

Bankrolla pulled one on me, I’ve never seen! In the beginning everything was good, first redemption was super fast and no issues. Well that all went downhill after that first redemption. In June I was able to win a good amount and started to redeem and now it started. It was like I was brand new. I provided verification at least 3 more times in every form they could think of. I'm not new to playing online, as I play on multiple sites and never had this problem or experience. I have been waiting a month, started on June 10th, for my redemption and continue to be told it's in the final stages. After I have provided everything asked of me l am still waiting another 20 days for my $1000 redemption. As a US Army disabled veteran living on a fixed income this has been extremely stressful and taxing to my mental health as I have to live chat or email almost daily trying to get an update. It’s to the point I feel like I’m having to beg and plead with Bankrolla to send my redemption. I have put quite a bit into Bankrolla so my redemption is not a ridiculously unbalanced amount. My son’s 12th birthday is tomorrow and I currently can not get him any gifts because I still don’t have my redemption. I never would have thought this would be happening and that I still don’t have my redemption money to buy his gifts which I planned a month ago.
