Wouldn’t let me cash out $430 and also game froze when had a $100 tumble never got that back. This is a fraud site stay away they cancel redemptions and games freeze and they say they look into it and nothing happens no money in account just gone. Also went to do kyi verification and they wanted my debit card but also another card that I don’t have and have never owned. So basically can never get my redemption. This is a fraud site stay away don’t spend your hard earned money here.

I would give no stars if it were an option. I had no issues purchasing packages but when it comes to redeeming it all changed. Tried to redeem my first redemption and suddenly they want you send in ridiculous amounts of proof that you made that purchase. Why not at the time of purchase? I reach out to customer service who says “We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Due to a technical issue, your redemption request was canceled. If you choose to submit a new redemption request, our team will be happy to assist with the process.” Looking at the recent reviews appears this will never go through. Stay away!!!! Update!!!: My withdrawal was rejected again this time customer service stated it was because they can’t process withdrawals to discover cards. I do not own any discover card and was using visa debit. I have filed a complaint with the Florida Gaming Control Commission and encourage those having this same problem to do the same!

If I could give this a 0 star I would. I have NEVER written a 1 star review of an online social gambling site, but this is warranted. If you have any curiosity about using Bankrolla, just dont. There are so many other great sites that pay instantly even when you win big like sweetseeps, Myprize, sweepspot. Please do not use Bankrolla. I will never refer anyone to this site.

I sent everything they asked for so my account could be fully verified. But still all they say your request is being reviewed by the payment team. Wow this seems like a scam to me. Players that don't get paid or take forever to get pay , I don't think they will come back i have played other platforms and gotten paid right away. This is my 1st time I win here. All of the positive reviews AI generated all of the recent reviews which are typically one star are real. They should have a one star overall for sure. The allocation multiplier is a scam. The entire sweepstakes model they operate is misleading and you should stay far away. They are easily the worst casino I have ever dealt with and I have spent over $600,000 across 45 different casinos over the past few years, I immediately charged back on my credit card after purchasing my first couple of packages when I realized it’s impossible to win through the allocation multiplier.
