I've read a few of the 1-Star Trustpilot reviews and they fully ranted the company. To me: I ordered over 15 Ads from them so far and I still stick with BOA and here is why: I mean for 55$ they get you 3 Split testing TikTok ads for a product which is not always easy to search for. They save you a lot of time and effort to learn video-editing & content research. The Order process is always like this: First day, you place the Order with: Product Name, Product Links, Product Benefits, Online content you want to have included, The Language you want to have it in, (they sent you their copy for you to edit and translate), Addition Comments like: "I want to have this ad not to look too much like an ad and with "X" marketing angle" "Can you include a clip within one of the 3 videos where a person does "X" and then the ad shows that the person can solve his "Y" Problem with "Z" Product" As you can see, many possibilities here. All the 1-Star reviews may expect the perfect AD for their product which may has very low useable online content, without them telling them HOW they want it. Be more specifitc and use the revision feature. They definetely have room for improvement! Voice-over could be better balanced volume-wise / some videos are a bit of low quality sometimes. The Copy uses different Hooks but obviously they have their imagination of good Hooks, and a few are just not that good. (SO TELL THEM - NOT RANT THEM) I've stuck with BOA because they sent me their copy, I translated it / make changes, AND I can sent them links from videos or music I would like to have included. They have a revision time of 72 hours and they come back at you really fast. Want to have the Voice-over louder / removed? Done in 2-3 hours. Want to even change a text? Done within the same day. Want another music or have a clip removed / added? Done within the same day. You CAN'T EXPECT to recieve a perfect Ad the very first time, if you provide too less information. If you're searching for reliable Creative Sources, BOA is definetely a good Option.

I would give 3.5 because there is a lot of room for improvement in the service but hey... the ads work and they are selling, I'm not complaining.

Great videos and scripts. They have tough conditions (like the no refund policy), however it's on us reading them and accepting them before we order any service. It's possible I will order from them again. Also fast service.

Got my ad recently and honestly it was way better than I expected from the music, testimonials all the way to the clips used were A+. The reason I rate 4/5 is because the my logo wasn’t added but after asking for a revision it was solved.
