Asked for ad in Lithuanian text
Asked for ad in Lithuanian text, couldn't include letters like ė,ę,ū,ų etc... I quote you "Premiere does not support Lithuanian language", however I am using premiere myself and that is not the case. They couldn't fix it and just sent me an empty video without text. Horrible experience.

Hi Lukas, Unfortunately we couldn’t figure out a solution to this matter and we sent you a video without text as requested due to the inability of this case. We will look for a solution to this so that we do not encounter this matter again. Thank you for your feedback :)
