BandsOffAdsReviews of bandsoffads.com

paid for a video with femal voice in a specific language and I had to translate the scripte and after they told me to can't do the voice in a another language than english and no female voice. Of course they told me this when they sent me the video. clown company

ads are average at best, much more expensive than just using someone through fiverr. tried to cancel my bandsbox subscription and the agent just left me on read and just never cancelled it lol

Worst experience with this company. I order package for 55$ and received the worst video you can imagine. Same video can create my 10 years old sister. I try to use it anyway for the tiktok ad and it didnt performed well. Then I create my own video and everything was perfect. I didnt even try to refund money back because they dont do this. Find another company which is for lower price and better results because they are the worst.

worst service ever, the ads are literally the worst I've ever seen, they're not even in hd. I can guarantee you that you can make way better videos by yourself. they're customer support is terrible too, I'm waiting for a reply since 3 days ago and still nothing

This company has been a nightmare to deal with. Not only do they not know what is grammatically correct, they do not respond when you need assistance and they do not read your notes regarding what you want for your video ads. It has been a nightmare to deal with them and they refuse to respond even though I have a VIP membership. They do NOT take care of clients nor do they have the capability to get your videos done in a timely manner, how you want them! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I actually really dislike writing bad reviews, but in this case I hope it will help the company improve their quality and give potential customers a really differentiated impression of the service: Over the last year, I have had parallel orders created at Bandsoffads and at Fiverr. Although the quality on Fiverr was much worse, the ads performed much better on average. i.e. it is solely due to the marketing understanding of the video editor. because such a video ad should of course be appealing in terms of content and pick up the customer from second 1. I also noticed that often my specifications and links were almost completely ignored. Too bad! I hope that the company really takes the reviews here to heart.

Don't ever use their service. The creator seemed to don't have the slightest idea about making an ads video. Really disappointed.

First experience wasn't good, so I gave them a second chance. Bought and split test ad, got banned again on fb, no problem right, just emailed. Waiting 7 days for a response, please reach out to me so we can fix this.
