Bandsoffads have billed me for VIP membership ($97) AFTER I requested to cancel. Subscription still shows as active and there's no way for me to cancel it. Support are refusing to refund, they keep saying "Your request for a refund and cancellation has been forwarded to management" but haven't actually cancelled or refunded the payment Another payment is due to be taken on Feb 11th and it seems there's nothing I can actually do to cancel other than keep asking support only for them to forward it to management and nothing happen I was also DOUBLE billed for a 10x TikTok package that costs $340 -.- this also has not been refunded Shocking customer service overall whenever you need to cancel or request a refund for anything ---UPDATE--- I have now been refunded for the $340 package and for the $97 VIP membership It's a shame it took weeks for all of this to get sorted but finally we got there -.-
