i renewed and upgraded my license, but Bandicam still says "unregistered". I have my receipt

Although the program performs almost as expected, the company is guilty of fraudulent advertising. Scamming people into buying lifetime licenses that expire after one year. Their advertising is misleading and they are dishonest. I do not recommend dealing with them. There are a lot of other, better products that are provided by honest companies..

So and what after stopping the recording process: where are the files? Nothing icons to save or anything... Very unclear so i deleted the crap

Bandicam was perfect. I had a permanent license for 10 years until they switched to subscription only. I'm not going to just waste money away over clear greed. Its overpriced now and not worth it. Yes its a great software if its a one time purchase, but with subscription fees that high or even at all they ought to send gold leaf toilet paper in the mail

I am writing to formally express my disappointment and concern regarding your recent request for me to pay $17.00 USD to upgrade my Bandicam licence to the latest version. When I purchased my Lifetime Licence, it was advertised as “lifetime,” which led me to believe that I would receive all future updates at no additional cost. Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), businesses are prohibited from engaging in misleading or deceptive conduct. Advertising a “Lifetime Licence” but later requiring additional payments to access updates is misleading unless this limitation was clearly disclosed at the time of purchase. I kindly request that you honour the Lifetime Licence as originally advertised and provide me with access to the latest version of Bandicam without additional payment. If this issue is not resolved satisfactorily, I may be left with no choice but to escalate the matter to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) or my state’s Fair-Trading Office. I would appreciate your prompt response and resolution of this matter. Their response is lacking and fails to explain why they offerred a Lifetime Licence when clearly it isn't -False and misleaeding advertising. They have been reported to the ACCC here in Australia as their behaviour is deemed unconscionable conduct

Every time I record a video, the video works fine, BUT when I check the recorded video of it later, there are tons of lags, INCLUDING THE SCREEN PAUSING FOR NO REASON!

I bought a lifetime license in March 2019, since end of last year it stopped updating. I have been asked for more money now to go to the 2025 version! And my program stops recording after 26mn now... what is going on?

Corrupts video files over 12 hours of recording length. Sound comes but image froze. Only records in MP4 files tendinous to permanent damage. Impossible to separate audio channels. Unusable for long lasted screen recordings. Sometimes loses activation and requires to reactivate. OBS is way more better
