Slow Processing time, Expensive Shipping Costs - Losing 8 days productivity, my customer is unhappy.
Right Prices, but slow to ship and shipping is ridiculously expensive. Ordered the parts (1lb in weight) Thursday, didnt get processed until today (Monday), and $20 shipping with FedEx 4 day service, would be $8.80 with UPS ground 4 day service. I feel for the jacked up shipping cost they should at least speed up the time to ship instead of doing nothing for 4 days, then 4 days shipping - thats a lifetime when waiting for customer parts. Was my 1st time trying them out, Doubt I will use again.
