Delivery issues as with other reviewers
The blanket is probably alright, but the shipping issues (other reviews mention them too) make the purchase not worthwhile. My order arrived late and both Baloo (frustrating!) and the shipper disclaimed any responsibility. They even claimed that the weather was to blame when the product was loaded onto the truck (in my city) on time on a perfectly sunny day.. it just spent the time riding around rather than being delivered.

Hi Alex, we're really sorry for the disappointment. While the order was shipped on time, UPS confirmed a 1-day delay due to weather which was beyond our control. We offered a complimentary return label, and we do try our best as a small business to take care of each customer. Unfortunately, there are times when weather and external realities cause delays. We do have an excellent on-time shipping rate, all orders placed by noon EST, Mon-Friday, are shipped out the same day from Houston, with UPS for reliable tracking and delivery. Thank you for your feedback, and we are very sorry that the shipment could not arrive to you in two days as was needed.
