BallastShopReviews of ballastshop.com

Never shipped item. Garbage company

I ordered these strips and they did not work. One of my 2 stops on my light went bad I bought 2 so I could keep a backup, after trying both of the new ones from ballastshop.com. Both did not work. They are identical to the ones inside my light fixture. It’s been 5 days from the time I reached out to them for return instructions and after asking if they worked and what was wrong with them ( mind you I told them before in the original return request) they have not replied. I really don’t believe this is great service like they say that they offer and definitely not an easy process to return lights that are not working.

I ordered a ballast to replace the one in our laundry room that went bad. The replacement was not in stock, so they upgraded to a different one, so that I would not have to wait any longer. (I waited 11 days total) The ballast that I received was a new one, wrapped in plastic....not like what others say they received from ballastshop. Once installed, the ballast worked great! Thank you ballastshop!

Great company to do business with!
