Less than one star. I ordered a jasmine plant, as a gift which was never received. I even asked for tracking and they lied about the order saying my friend received it. It was so disappointing as this friend has been sick and she was excited to receive it. Lying about money is like stealing outright.

This is a scam site. Never delivered my order nor my promised refund.DON’T ORDER FROM THEM.

Yes, wish I knew now this was a complete scam. But check this out. I filed a complaint with American Express disputing this charge and they actually just got back to me and said they’re recharging me the amount because they were provided with proof of delivery. I checked the document and aside from the fact that it showed that it took over a month to receive the item. It was clearly doctored and fabricated. It showed Delivery at 2:32 PM at my front door on June 2 and yet I have cameras that record everything and there was no such recording. I never received the item so not only are they stealing from their customers they are going so far is to fabricate documents to show false proof of deliveries. Needless to say avoid.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!!!!! I ordered some grass seeds 2 months ago. After the first month I got an email stating that my order was on the way. Here it is a month later and I still have not received them. I reached out several times and no respond. Now that I reached out to them I get a tracking number saying that the package was delivered and it was a tracking number from China.

Never got my item or a refund!!! Do not order from this company

This is a SCAM COMPANY! I did not get my item. I called Pay Pal and they got on touch with them and told them, I did not get my bird bath.Solar pump. Finally a box came in the mail. I opened it a received a DEFECTIVE pump! It only had 3 suction cups instead of 4 therefore the pump mechanism kept falling over in the water. The filter was sitting half way out of the pump and the solar panel had no stake to sit in the ground and was very very tiny compared to the pump I got last year! I have tried for weeks to get a refund to know avail. I spent 28.85 on it and compared to last year's purchase with another company only 15.00. BEWARE! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS! I WILL NOT EVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN!

Worst experience ever with a vendor. They replied to initial order that it was incomplete, and after 2 more tries to complete it, a day later responded was that I had ordered 3 of the product. Immediately cancelled 2 but cancellation was ignored and I was sent 3--well beyond the date it was promised. Returned immediately with postal receipt but they deny receiving it.

HORRIBLE! This company absolutely does not deserve ONE star! I was promised a refund and for over two months I haven’t received anything. I have continuously emailed them only to receive the response that my message will be forwarded to the billing department. I really wish I had checked the reviews prior to my purchase!
