Slow Shipping
Poor communication, merchandise unable to be tracked, misleading!!! The website indicates item shipped from United States and its really shipped from China which takes a long time to receive, I won't have my purchase in time for my vacation, very disappointed 😑 DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE, I'm contacting my bank to have that charge reversed. They don't know what their saying when they do reply, just sad, my advice is to leave these ppl alone.

The hair i received is not as described…
The hair i received is not as described on the company’s website. The color is wrong; I ordered Black, I received a dirty looking brown. The hair is not smooth -at all, as if the cuticle is blown out and it has a HORRIBLE smell. I’ve made 3 separate attempts to contact the company for details on how to return for a full refund. Ten days later they have Not complied. I’m extremely frustrated. I would definitely say Buyer Beware!

Hi dear, Really sorry for the inconvenience caused. Our hair is slightly brown, more noticeable in the sun. But that's the nature of 100% human hair. don’t buy theses wigs
I saw these wigs on YouTube so I visited the website and saw 2 wigs I wanted. When I reviewed the wigs the head was extra big too big for my head even with the band. They looked old looking nothing like the picture. They told me the wigs we’re sitting for long TIME. Want a refund

Worse customer Service — Buyer Beware
Ordered last week with express shipping and order has not been fulfilled. There is a FedEx tracking number but the company has not shipped. Sent 3 emails to date issue not resolved yet cc has been charged. No customer service phone number in US or online chat
