I purchased 4 wigs from Baisi totally…
I purchased 4 wigs from Baisi totally over $400.00. When I finally got them and opened the package, I was surprised to find that none of them appeared to be what I ordered. I instantly sent an email informing them that I was not satisfied with my items. They gave me the run around. I emailed the company 2 more times on different dates again, asking for a return label to send the wigs back for a refund. The last 2 emails were ignored. I was told in the first email that I should have requested a return label at the time of purchase. I encourage others to be careful ordering from this company because once they get your money if you are not satisfied with your purchase you are stuck with it.

The coloring is so off
The coloring is so off, I didn't even put it on my head. I ordered GREY and got something that looks like Bleached Blond. I'm sending it back - pray for me because the address they provided looked a bit suspect to me.

Hi dear Sorry for the inconvenience caused, Because we used the 100% human hair to dye and before we have hairstylist here to make the hairstyle perfect before we shipping the wig to u,but it may be squeezed during transportation, then it will be a little color off when you receive, but it will not affect to use. Could you pls try to restyle? We promise that we will apply the best discount for you in your next order. Wish u give us another chance. Thanks

Nothing like the picture, nothing and they give a hard time to return. Believe the one and two star reviews all of what I experience with this company. Total false advertisement
Stop the false advertisement! Provide return labels. And the fake AI people. I'm reporting them to the BBB.
