Don’t buy anything
Don’t buy anything. I purchased 4 pixie cut lace wigs at 1x, I was only satisfied with one, the other 3 were NOTHING like the pictures they show, and they shed like crazy!! So, I am trying to salvage some of my money by fixing them myself. What a scam!! I thought, since I did like one of the wigs I would purchase it again right away. The second one was not like the first. That really sucks.

What a big SCAM BAISI WIG IS
I take Chemotherapy and had to shave my hair off. I saw a wig on Baisi Wigs and received a dirty, stink, unsettled cut up wig that i didn’t or. I paid $159.00 and the offered me partial refund and keep the wig. No, I want my money back, because I’ve come to a conclusion that I will never get what I ordered. I think all of us should send a petition to the BBB about this fake, scamming company. If we don’t stop it they will continue. Every where they advertise we should ousts them for being a big SCAM from CHINA. Let’s put them out of business if they don’t refund our money. I will check with my bank to get my money back do to scam!! SCAM ALERT ‼️

Still Not Satisfied with Baisiwig
Hi this is Linda I am doing a follow up on the response from Baisiwig. I paid over 200.00 for boths wigs together. Baisiwig from Dec 2024 on up to now April Baisiwig kept sending me emails offering refund a early refund only to string me along until they got all the money for those wigs when they refunded me it was only 14.00. I have pictures of those bad quality wigs and I will get intouch with someone who can help me get my full refund I work hard for my money I will not give that much money away to any company that sells bad products. Today is April 13 2024. My last two comments review they only put out to everyone how they want to help. Not true. To everyone who has a good experience with them God Bless You.

I the wrong wigs was sent to me
The wrong wigs was sent to me. I tried to contact this company to resolve the issue but no-one is responding. Can anyone give me any information on how to return these wigs? I read your reply it's not the style that was wrong you sent me a whole different wig from what was advertised. I ordered a lace wig and you sent me a non lace wig. I asked for return instructions and y'all was reluctant to respond. When you finally. responded you asked me to send $20 for a shipping label you also said I would have to pay 120% sales tax. Oh and what big discount you sent me? 😂🤣😂 I spent almost $200 y'all sent the wrong wig. Than you offered $30 after I spent almost $200 REALLY??? No Thank you! How bout you send me the correct wig! The one that I ordered as advertised!!!

Don't shop with this company
Don't shop with this company. They're selling cheap wigs for high price. They want refund your money back and They're knowing that they're products are cheap. I'm having my lawyers to get involved because they're going to give me my money back. Every last coins.
