Disappointing
I used to use Baisi hair years ago and thought to give them a try. I ordered a curly wig from there but was quite disappointed. The quality was not great and the hair tangled awfully! The hair sheds a lot and is very dry no matter the conditioner or curl activator used.

Hi dear Sorry for the inconvenience caused We will report it to our factory and improve it in the future. Normally we have hairstylist here to make the hairstyle perfect before we shipping the wig to u,but it may be squeezed during transportation,so it will needs some styling after receiving it. Could you pls try it? And if you have any question, pls feel free to contact us! We promise that we will ask our shipping department to pick out the beat quality hair and give you a nice discount for you in next order. Wish you will give us another chance! Thanks!

I'm so displease with my order from…
I'm so displease with my order from baisi wig first of all the wigs I ordered look nothing the baisi wig on their site I never told me the wigs to be cut I'm thinking I'm getting the wigs I see on baisi wig page the wig are to big for my head baisi is fighting me hard not to give me return lable it hard to get in touch with a supervisor to help with this problem it making me feel frustrated and unhappy with this order cab someone give me some advice thank

Customer service was awesome.
Customer service was awesome. They texted a picture of my order to let me know that it was received. Great to know that they are only a text away to check on my order.

It was fast and easy to order
It was fast and easy to order, everything I needed to know was there and easy to read and understand orderd in less than 5 min! Shortly after I got a text from Ashley saying she received my order and will be working fast to get it processed and ready to ship! Thanks so much!

Awesome Customer Service
I love the fact that immediately after placing my order I was contacted by the company to confirm my order. I really appreciated that because I wasn’t sure what size to order and they answered all of my questions. I’m excited to receive my wig and will definitely be ordering again based off of the customer service alone.

Buyers Beware!!!!!!
This Company Deserves a -0. Do not purchase. Buyers beware. My wig looked nothing liked what I ordered and came in used, make up in the part and shiny with oil on it. Seller first responded, something happened in the warehouse we will give you a $30 refund and on your next purchase a big discount. I said Perhaps not, I want my full refund then they ignored my emails. After a month and a half and having to get another party involved and returning the hot mess item. I got my refund through another process. Don’t play with me!!! You all are Scammers.
