This company is a scam. Asked for a return address to the wig same day I got it, that was over 3 weeks ago. I never got a return address. They said $30-$50 return fee PLuS $20-$$40 tax fee. Nowhere in the return policy does it state that. But they stated I could keep wig I don’t want and they would give me $35. I paid $118 for the wig. I still have no return address. Accidentally put 5 star on 1st review. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY. UPDATE: I finally I got the return address and they told me to take it to the post office. The post office said it would be $32 to return it to China and since there is no guarantee I will get my refund, I chose to throw it in the garbage and even though I don’t want it, I will take the $35. I will be very careful where I order from from now on. NOT CHINA.

So far so good. I placed my order with a note that I required a special size and in minutes I got a text message acknowledging and confirming my request. I can wait to get my wigs. I’m even excited since it’s so hard to find petite/small size wigs.. thank you Baisi!!

I received a product that was fake it didn't look like the picture, smelled and poor quality. I sent a return label fee the total cost of the topper was $105. I emailed them requesting a refund and return label they kept stalling and trying to get me to accept $20-30 when I had paid 2 installments of $52.58 to afterpay. Still not settled to get my money back.

I purchased a wig and it did not fit the description when I got it. They gave me such a hard time returning it kept offering me discount discounts. The only thing I wanted to do is return it when I did return it they sent me a long address and I had to pay $20 at the post office to get the it back to them. Don’t trust them. Do you come from China and they do not look like the description be aware.

This is the worst company to purchase wigs . I purchased a couple of wigs from this company and it’s a fraudulent company they are selling wigs that’s not human hair. They will not respond to my emails for a return address. They shipped their wigs with no return address and when you email them they will respond. Please don’t order from them.
