Extremely rude customer service
Extremely rude customer service. There was an issue in the delivery of my package and they basically said it was my problem - that once they mailed it, it was out of their hands. Package was sent to Alabama even though I live in the same state where the package was mailed from. I read the reviews after this experience, and it seems that they have done this before. If you complain to them about anything, they yell at you over the phone. Find another place to buy your products.

Never received my order
Never received my order. Reached out multiple times for help as package was insured, your company would have to file the claim. Despite attempting to contact you about this issue on several occasions, I have still not gotten a response.

I would like to hear back in this…
I would like to hear back in this review. I have bought 1 bottle and found it weird that the CBD part seems to settle in the bottom of the bottle, visibly grainy and darker, while the oil in top was clear in the dropper. If that is intended, it needs a warning to Shae the bottle before use. My 2 dogs had a different cbd oil before , several bottles, and we did not have that isssue. When I first used Barley oil, I didn’t know that and wondered why our dogs were jumpy. Getting further down to the oil in the bottle, I could see it. I now shake it up but have to give less. It is not a consistent dose. Very disappointed. One dog, the one that usually can eat anything, got diarrhea now. She eats every day the same food. She is only supervised outside in walks. The only difference is the oil. Is this oil not cleared by the FDA?

I clearly asked for you not to ship me until I said I needed more. I was going to cancel auto ship at the time and you suggested you would wait until I said I was ready. You did not listen and auto shipped me! That’s like taking my money without asking. I do not need anymore right now. It is not ok.
