I looked into our past emails and I do see we had a long exchange in September regarding Jess & the challenges you’ve had with the treats. We discussed trying an oil-based solution or breaking the treats into smaller pieces, and I followed up to see if those adjustments were helping. I also see a wonderful follow up email from you weeks later with a photo of your precious grandpup, expressing her love for the products. I’m so sorry if my last reply got lost or if you felt unsupported after that—our goal is always to make sure you and your pup get the relief you need. I completely understand your frustration & I’m truly sorry that the treats didn’t work out as well as we'd hoped.
