No warning before pending transaction
For subscription services, it's a good practice to reach out a day or two in advance of shipping the next installment to make sure that the customer is ready for the next transaction. I thought I had cancelled my subscription. That's the only reason I can think of that I would have cancelled my scheduled reminder. Anyway, I get a friendly email yesterday that my next order has been processed and is on its way. Neat! I'm in the process of buying a house. $60 isn't going to break me, but I'd really rather have that than a bottle of CBD oil for my dogs right now. Whatever. I don't have the patience to go through requesting a refund or cancelling or whatever. My mistake, I'll deal with. And Bailey's bad practice. They can deal with a 1 star review and hopefully will look at their processes.

Hi Scott, Thank you for your feedback. we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, even if it wasn’t a positive one. We are really sorry for the frustration this caused, especially during what sounds like a very busy time in your life. Just to clarify, we do send out an automated reminder email 3 days before each recurring shipment so that customers have a chance to make changes, skip, or cancel if needed. That said, we completely understand that emails can sometimes be missed, overlooked, or filtered. Our sincerest apologize if that was the case for you. We never want anyone to feel stuck or unsupported. If you’d prefer to return the unopened product, we'd be more than happy to email you a prepaid return label & process a full refund once it’s received. You don’t need to go through a lengthy process, just let us know & we'll take care of it for you quickly and easily. Again, we're truly sorry for the inconvenience. We always aim to make things right & appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Wishing you all the best with your upcoming move, we’re here if you need anything at all. Warm regards, Jarid Scott
