Chews did not impact pet and cancelling subscription not easy
The CBD chews seemed to make my dog more hyper rather than relaxed. I did not like the fact that there is no way to cancel a subscription in the account tab, have to email customer service. Should not be allowed for an ecommerce company. I also did not receive an email confirmation of cancelled subscription as promised.

Bottle lids do not close properly, even after replacement..
A friend recommended this company to me. The product is great, however, the bottles are not very good quality. After just a couple days of using, the bottle stopped closing. Threads somehow weren’t lining up correctly, which causes me to spill half of the product. I reached out & they sent a replacement no questions asked. However, the replacement.. same thing. Within a week of using, the threads aren’t lining up & if you even barely twist the lid, it pops right back off. Great product, phenomenal customer service, however their bottles definitely need some work. Until that issue is resolved, I don’t think it’s worth the risk of buying unfortunately. It’s hard to find good quality CBD, especially for pets.

The purchase was easy and shipping was quick. The taste of the chews seemed yummy to Reilley. I’m so sorry to report, however, the product made no difference in her anxiety. She still chewed her tail and paws bloody.

I am well satisfied with the…
I am well satisfied with the performance of Bailey's hemp pellets for horses. They help my arthritic 23 yo Spanish mare enjoy good mobility and comfort, so thanks, Bailey's. However, this shipment showed as being in pipeline for an extra three days beyond the usual shipment arrival. I know Bailey's ships very promptly, fills our orders asap--so perhaps it's a shipping issue, not fulfillment on Bailey's side.

Too many steps
Too many steps, order, add to pass, wait for updates, etc. Id prefer to just have a customer account on the site I can manage and track my orders.

Slow Shipping for Premium Fee
Unfortunately, we love your product, but feel disappointed with your "expedited" shipping. We paid $30 for the "fastest" delivery. Our pet is suffering and needs this product. Your website promised a 3 day delivery for the premium expense. It will be closer to an 8 or 10 day delivery based on tracking. Perhaps UPS would have delivered more timely than the US Postal Service. I would have paid even a little more if that option was offered. I strongly suggest making that change to your shipping if possible. "Fastest" premium charge is a rip off!!!

Didn't work for my cat
Shipping was fast and the bottle is great quality. Unfortunately, the CBD oil did not sit well on my cat's stomach. My cat has hyperthyroidism and stopped eating due to nausea, losing a lot of weight. There was a delay in getting her thyroid medication so I tried CBD oil as many said it helped with nausea and increasing appetite. In less than two hours, my cat vomited and had diarrhea, which is an expected side effect for some cats, but makes it useless for my needs.
