My BAI salesman & technicians are always very helpful when I have a question or a problem with the machine. They are very helpful & guide me to fix the machine or my user errors. Very pleased with them. I had some questions today on hoops & maintenance & they guided me to maintenance & videos as well as answering my questions on magnetic hoops.

They have been great. I spent several hours trying to fix an issue on my machine, turns out I had only put the needle in backwards and they pointed it out right away! Stitches out perfectly now, I wish I had contacted them much sooner.
