I purchased my BAI MIRROR Jan 2026. While my schedule up until now had me with limited use. Each time I reach out for help, I get help within minutes. I am ready to jump to embroidery and ran into an issue that we determined was caused by a file someone digitized. When I get to point where I need another machine, I am sticking with BAI!!!❤️

Luke has great customer service

Luke Ren saves the day again. I had to move the upper screw upward by one millimeter on needle 1 only. The first few stitch didn’t catch on so he sent me a video showing me exactly what to do and fixed it right away! Top reason I went with a BAi…. Customers service is amazing! Lola

Bai has the best customer service. Every time I had a problem with my Bai Mirror there is someone to help me. The problem is user error not the machine. I’m so happy that I made the purchase. If you’re on the fence just do it.
