After the sale is complete you’re added to a private group chat for additional after receiving your machine. Woody, Ren, and Corey have been such a big help in troubleshooting any issues or questions I have with my machine. They also reply very quickly which is amazing when you’re in the middle of trying to quickly fulfill order. I’m excited to see the full potential BAi will offer me!
