Luke Ren was so helpful when my machine needed an upgrade and wouldn’t turn on. It kept freezing at startup. Luke walked me through every step of the way while staying online with me the entire time. Thank you so much for your help. It’s hard running a business when your machine is down.

I recently purchased the BAI Mirror and Luke Ren has been a great technician helping me get the right results that I need to start on my embroidery machine.

I purchased my machine, a Bai THE MIRROR in July 2025. Wonder Liu was my rep and he took great care of me! Luke is my tech and both helped me get set up and running. Learning embroidery is a big learning curve. Both of them still continue to assist me when I have questions over a year later. The Facebook group is also very helpful. I'm very proud of my work and I love my machines so much! I would much rather do the maintenance myself than have a tech come out to my place. When I have a problem, which is very rare and has only happened once, usually all I need is a screwdriver. Luke walked me through the easy fix at 10pm (my time) on a Saturday night! Any other brand I'd have to wait for a tech and I'd be down for several days. I was up and running again in 30 minutes and continued to work through the weekend to get my Christmas orders done on time! I've saved myself thousands of dollars on maintenance by learning how to do it myself and asking for help when needed. My embroidery is top quality. I have schools reaching out to do their work and even a big chain coffee shop has me do aprons for multiple locations in my area. Thanks bai team for the continued support and fantastic machine.

After a house fire and four spinal surgeries and sadly having to close my retail store I needed one peice of equipment to help me to relaunch my Buisness and become self sufficient. Having gone through a lot , it was very difficult to get the money to purchase a machine. I interviewed many companies but Bai was the only one that truly cared about me and not just the purchase . They have welcomed me like Family and have been there every step of the way from saving to get the machine helping with pickup , setting up and using at my home . They always answer my questions quickly and I feel more like they are friends than sales reps . The machine works beautifully and was not hard to learn there is a lot of videos and information out there . They have given me the tools I needed to succeed and I can’t thank Bai enough , they really care and it has showed through their support. I am not just another number another sale , they are always there for me , thank you 🙏

Luke has been more than helpful to me on many different occasions. I am a brand new learner when it comes to embroidery, but the BAI family has made this journey very easy. I purchased back in 2024 and still to this day in 2026 they are still so willing to help and provide guidance.

From the time we entered the building to get training and pick up the machine to the after sales support BAI has been great! Corey and Aiden at our regions warehouse gave us some great training that allowed us to get a quick start to getting projects complete on our machine. Luke has been fantastic with technical support and resolved any issues we had quickly! Great company to do business with and we look forward to doing more business together in the future!
