Fast shipping. Item exceeded my expectations. Your price, however, even with the 30% discount, in my opinion, was still too much. My only issue is the fact that you cannot get a live person on the phone and that is worrisome to me. You should always have a contact number with a live person picking the phone up to answer any questions that a customer may have.

The deliver did not collect the signature but just left the package in front of door which might be stolen easily

Ordering is simple and straightforward, but the website photos show the bags in perfect, like-new condition rather than the actual item you’ll receive. I understand that pre-borrowed bags will naturally have some wear and tear, but I would prefer to see photos of the exact bag being sold/borrowed. That way, I can clearly evaluate the condition and know what signs of use to expect before making my selection.
