I have submitted items that they have quoted me on and they have sent them back! Everything I send is authentic and is amazing condition. It is frustrating. I like to buy from here, but the selling aspect sort of sucks. They just declined a burberry bag today and it is clearly authentic. Has serial code and everything! My last purchase of the chanel flap was based on a quote they gave me for my chanel bag. Well I paid over 3k for the bag, but they sent my bag back!!!!!! No reason!!!!!! totally real I even sent COA with it

I contacted customer service about the original bag I was after that was available and showing as $200 in my cart on my laptop and $135 on another product detail page. They simply told me nope, it's $200 and that's that. I even sent them a screenshot of the lower price and they still said no, that must be you needing to clear you cache. Was on my phone and decided to check an hour later and lo and behold, put it in my cart and it was $135! Just out of spite, I didn't rent it. Get your customer service in line. If a customer is sharing a time-stamped screenshot with YOUR listed price, perhaps actually looking into it would be step 1 (which they didn't - they lied and said they couldn't reproduce it which obviously, they could have) or how about step 2 - trust the customer, honor the price you have listed and then put in an internal ticket for IT to verify the associated configurations of the website after the fact? Maybe that would just be oh, I dunno....GOOD customer service? I'll still give them another shot but it's crazy to have this customer experience when you're renting luxury handbags. I've been with Rent the Runway for around ten years and the customer service has always been stellar.

I didn't know the bag had no button or zipper closure. I wouldn't have bought it had I known and it was very expensive, over $400

I received my shipment promptly, but I am disappointed in the bag itself. The description was fairly accurate, but you often don't know if you'll like the bag and if it "fits" until you have it in hand. The fact that I couldn't return it was a huge disappointment. It was way over priced.

The packaging was not great this time around. And it left me with no return package/box to ship item back.

I would have really liked the Dust Bags and the Storage Boxes for these bags. The LV came but it was damaged with ink all over the front and the CL came with no dust bag or box. I called CL store and they said each box is special for each box. There was no mention of this and I think it should be mentioned on the site so buyers are informed.
