The bag was not the size from the picture it was smaller. I returned the bag.

Poor customer service. The website indicated after they purchased the item that the payment would be processed within few days. That is not true and the customer service reps responses were far from customer friendly. This one particular rep by the name of Jem V was very rude in the emails and would not further investigate nor answer my questions that i had addressed. Kept coming back with same messages and when i then requested a supervisor or a manager, this individual did not refer and came back with a rude answer. Do not appreciate their customer service and they should update their portal with correct information with payment processing times.

Box was damaged and opened. Reached out to company no reply

I purchased a Louis Vuitton and the description stated it was in pristine quality. In less than 4 months the bag deteriorated. When I contacted customer service I was told, they wouldn't do anything and that the bags issues were my fault. They included a web address for a bag restoration company. I could not get someone to answer their customer service phone number. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY. I would love to attach their response email for potential buyers to see.

Bag was dirty and had hair in it that was not mine

UPS tried 3 times to deliver to my house. Signature required and no one was home to sign because I was at work during the daytime each time they tried to deliver. I had to end up calling BBS and telling them just to take it back, then they had it sent to a general UPS pick up location in my city and that was another big hassle. Won’t rent again if they need a signature.

Sides of the bag were frayed.

I bought a limited edition bag in Japan. It turned out a little too small so I decided to sell it. BB or S returned it saying it was fake. I had the box and the dust bag. What a joke. I contacted Louis Vuitton and they said no one can authenticate a bag but a rep at their store. It was authentic but very very limited. Did they even know what they were looking at??
