Just got my 36" Sweet Gum ball picker upper today and I am so glad that I bought this. I just moved into a new home that had two lovely 40' Sweet Gum trees. They looked nice in the fall. I raked the Sweet Gum balls once. Making sure to rotate sides because I was afraid of pulling a lower back muscle! It took a couple of hours for the first round. Then I thought, there's got to be an easier way. I found your sight and I was sold. However, I did balk at the sticker shock. Then we had a windstorm a few weeks later and my yard was solid sweet gum balls. It felt like walking over a field of giant marbles. Then I thought, "I won't be thinking about the price after I've used this baby for 20 years". I bought the 36" one and boy am I glad, This thing is a dream! So easy to maneuver and it just plain works! A neighbor walked by and he said, "I can see where you've been." I spent a couple hours filling 7 yard waste bags and I'm sure I picked up 99% of all the Sweet Gum balls. Thinking about starting a side hustle to pick up other neighbors' Sweet Gum balls ... Mr. Gum's Sweet Gum Ball Picking Service...

It did not pickup acorns as they said it would. I could roll over a pile of acorns and maybe pickup 2 or 3. I have small acorns so I got the smallest unit you make. I ended up having to use a rake as before. I even added weight to the unit but the same results. For a over $400.00 device I was hoping it worked better. It picked up some but not enough for my approval of the device.

Worked as demonstrated, and advertised! Go ahead and buy the weight attachment kit, and weights. Makes all the difference in the units ability to grab more acorns. I have two 30 year old Shumard Red Oaks, and I am shocked how many acorns the Bag-A-Nut unit picks up. Unbelievable!!

Your machine to pick up gum balls is pure genius. I have struggled with gum ball pickup for years. With your machine that particular chore has transformed into a quick and easy activity. Worth every penny!

The 3’ pecan pick up does not work for us. Maybe conditions are different here in Arizona from where the video was taken, but the machine doesn’t do the job here

This really works for picking up acorns. It doesn't pick up the ones that are half buried, but the ones on top of the ground got right inside the container. The only complaint I have is some will shoot/ping off the basket and back out to the lawn. I really can't complain about that because the unit really works. 10 5 gal. buckets filled in a day is awsome without the pain staking labor of raking, digging, pick up. A lot of money, but it truly works.

Shipping was quick. Assembly was easy. This made fall clean up quite a bit easier. The only negatives are; it gets heavy and you have to go over certain areas multiple times. The price may give you pause, but this thing works and works well. I just wish my wife would have let me order the Bag-A-Nut hat.

This is a great product and would recommend to anyone with lots of trees in their yards. Ones that produce nuts of course.
