Nothing on customer service ! I paid a premium price for the tool ! The tool works ! The only problem is I have one 60-foot sweetgum tree and thousands of balls on the ground! So, in about 8 months working 2 hours a day then maybe I would get them, by then they will fall again ! Maybe a better tool for pecan collecting but not good for that amount of sweetgum balls ! Your push machines are just too expensive for my budget ! But I wanted to test your product !

The product just doesn't work as pictured. Our walnuts are all different sizes and conditions. It misses the small ones, goes over the big ones and just stabs the black ones without depositing in the hopper. Very frustrated. Still deciding whether to keep it and try again next year at the beginning of the season or to return it. It's expensive, but...?

Bag-A-Nut charges a lot of money for harvester which requires difficult rebuild for nuts vs. hulls. No owners' manual is provided.

The 3’ pecan pick up does not work for us. Maybe conditions are different here in Arizona from where the video was taken, but the machine doesn’t do the job here

After less than 10 stabs to pick up the acorns, the threaded end broke off. The thread wasn’t a solid plastic, it was hollow, making easier to bread off. I went ahead and bought a wooden handle with a metal threaded end and so far it is doing well that way.

Not worth the money. Picks up some nuts but leaves a lot as well. It might work better if you buy the weights as well but I don’t want to spend any more on it.

This is good for someone who has a few trees in their yard and wants to clean up the yard. It's not good for someone who is trying to pick up nuts to sell because it picks up everything on the ground. All of the sticks, leaves, rocks, etc. go into the basket with the nuts and you have to dump it and sort through all that to get the good nuts out. I even tried blowing the area first and it didn't really help. If you're not cleaning your entire yard and you just want to pick up nuts and not the other trash it's easier and quicker to use a hand roller.
