I bought the pull behind and could not be happier. This Bag-A-Nut picked up our walnuts after all the leaves were down and made my life so much easier. Next season, I will get it out sooner and probably lend it to all my other friends with walnuts here in central Indiana. Well worth the money and it's built to last. Thanks.

This machine is overated it only picks up half the gumballs and way over priced. If I would of known that I would have not payed over 500 dollars for it my lawn sweeper does a much better job then it does! And cost me less then 100 dollars.

Hello, I am sorry you are not happy with your Sweet Gumball Collector. Please contact us to talk about your machine because it should be picking up 99% of the sweetgum balls. If it's only pick up half your gumballs then there has to be something wrong with it. Our machines do cost a lot and we want to make sure you are happy. I am not sure when you ordered but we do offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all of our machines. Please email me when you have time [email protected]

Great customer service. I had a small issue with one of the parts and called to get a replacement part. The next day they sent out the part free o charge. Great experience and would recommend.
