It's a Scam
Signed up for a trial. I was presented with an option to upgrade for 9.95. What ended up happening is that I got charged for an entire year. Nowhere did it ever say it'd charge a year. There was no breakdown, terms, details, nothing. Additionally, if you click "upgrade", instead of going to a confirmation page, it automatically processes your saved payment. Customer support is the biggest joke I've ever seen. They repeatedly sent the response "you were billed according to sites terms and conditions and no refunds can be processed. This is likely a bot, or some employee trained to give stock responses that deny liability on their part. AVOID. AT. ALL COSTS.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I’m sorry it felt unclear or frustrating. The upgrade process follows the terms and conditions that are presented during the upgrade flow. The charge you received reflects the plan selected according to those terms. We understand it’s disappointing when expectations differ, but the billing and renewal details are outlined in the flow to ensure transparency for all users. For that reason, we aren’t able to issue a refund in this case. Your feedback is still appreciated, and we will keep working to make the experience as clear and consistent as possible within the existing policy framework.
