I Joined Badoinkvr, Paid the subscription. in a little box it said in big Letters FREE access to one of our other sites. no mention recurring subscription on the so called FREE site. Didnt bother using the free site it was terrible content. I even tried to cancel the FREE 7 Days site just in case. (But there was no way possible to cancel it during the FREE period,) that only became possible after they charged me for the subscription. This must be illegal. I have Just been charged by segpay, $34.95. without my knowledge, without my permission, also without any warning. The do this on all 4 of there sites , VRCOSPLY, 18VR, BABEVR , and BADONKVR. Stay well away if you subscribe to one, they charge you for the others, at full price, or even, yearly price . Do not use any of there sites, you will be ripped off. and they will deny a refund, i asked for one 30min after they charged me, they say no automatically. If you paid through paypal, or credit card. get a refund from them.

They are charging my account for the next payment a few days into my monthly subcrip. And have added that it's what they do if after you pay and get admitted they inform you by mail another day you might be out of any discounts to our agreed to pay for or no deal and it's because it renew or prepaid visa. I am first time and use a BMO banking account and use my debit as my card. I immediately turn stop all renewals and they turned that back off and charged a 2rd site 9ntop that I never seen before. Cancel my accounts right now and return the June 8th two 50 dollar Charges which I have my side fully documented and recorded.give.my 100 dollar back for your theft on June 8th or il pursued the money through court.i read every single FAQ and account and payment terms and confusions. I am in my right and you have in 3 cases broke the terms and condition you set out in regards to this money charges And refunds!

I followed a link to another partner site (vrcosplayx.com), and they signed me up for a yearly subscription for $119.40 without warning or confirmation. I didn't even provide my card details to this VR Cosplay site. And then when I request a refund they proceed to delete my account and then tell me they won't process the refund. Complete scam.

Issue with not be able to access the site due to not being given log in details including a password. Their password reset system is not working as link always stats its expired . The customer support is a bot which cannot help you and only reviews messages at midnight so its taken three days and it still doesn't understand the issue is not around the user name but that there is no password. So going to request a full refund.

SCAM ALERT. Today I was unknowingly charged for a subscription, thinking I had already cancelled the membership. I terminated my membership on their site 2 days ago and was STILL CHARGED. I tried their $1/1 day trial, which is a reoccuring payment of $30 every 30 days. Like any person, i cancelled on the day of my trial membership, or so I thought. Attempting to cancel the membership at the Manage Subscriptions tab will give you an error message saying that your account had ALREADY BEEN CANCELLED, which is a straight-up LIE. You have to go to SegPay.com, enter your transaction info, then cancel the memberships there. Even worse, you cannot dispute the transactions because SegPay handles the automated subscription, not BaDoinkVR, and based on their records your transactions will be considered authorized (more like automated without your knowledge). Their partnered sites also do the same thing (VRCosplayX, RealVR, etc.) . Even as of right now, after 10 mins of being charged for the unauthorized subscription fee, i am still NOT ENROLLED IN THE MEMBERSHIP and have no access to subscriptions for the next 29 days. You lose all benefits of a subscription service as soon as you cancelled the membership. Instead, you get scammed $30 per service even after payment.

I purchased 1 month for badoink vr, as a bonus they gave me access to vrcosplay. When I was about to unsubscribe to badoink vr they offered an additional 1 month free. I accepted it seeing as it might be a good deal. They then secretly charged me for vrcosplay stating that I have subscribed to vrcosplay when I haven’t. The original agreement was buying badoink would give me temporary access to vrcosplay. The worst part is that they charged me 40 bucks for 1 month of vrcosplay? I would have contacted my mastercard to fight the case but I can’t be bothered. Heed the warning and don’t get scammed.

Been using badoinkvr for like 6 months now and honestly it’s awesome. The vids look crazy good, the 8k stuff is way clearer than anything else I tried. Never had buffering or lag either. It just works really smooth and looks insane in the headset. Def worth it imo.

I would give -10 if I could, avoid, stay away from this dogie company, they charge you for subscription before you pass age verification and if for any reason it will fail they don't wanna refund you. I submitted valid driving license and it was rejected so I asked for refund and they refuse to do so even if I didn't get any access to their content - thieves' company
