customer service is horrible
Great content but the customer service is way below par. Since August my account has been supended many times without any special apart “use a vpn on your device”. I had an account on 4 on their site for many years and right now I just cancel after another account suspended. Worst I’ve contact many times support and they do is reactivate talk about a vpn is preferred and less than 20 hours after account is suspended again….. I did really like the quality in the content and site, but customer services destroyed that….
