Delivery and email inquiries slow. First time order of 6 bags with request of monthly refill of 1 bag. Upon delivery, receipt listed refill for 6 bags. I emailed stating that I had indicated I only want 1 bag. The response I received was that they couldn’t do that.? I then received a couple of emails that they canceled my account! Well, good! My dog does like the food but, according to feeding instructions, I would be spending over $30/day! I had planned on mixing it with her regular food but, I will stop after completion of 6 bags that I ordered. The cost is ridiculous! I guess this is for rich people. Poor people love their dogs too…

Food did nothing and when I tried to get my 100% guarantee I was told they only refund unused portion, I pay return shipping AND send back unused/used bags. Who in their right mind saves a empty bag? Customer service was beyond sorry but not sorry they fake a 100% guarantee. Buyer Beware!

I tried the Badlands chow bc of Katherine’s compelling video. I have a toy poodle/Bichon & a small (11 lb) terrier. I have made their food for about 3 years. I use beef stew meat, lean ground & beef liver (80% meat) brown rice & various veggies, with high grade calcium vitamin. They love their food that I cook for them. However, it is time consuming and a LOT OF WORK!! And I am constantly cooking for them (it is actually cheaper than buying good quality dog food, thank you Costco!) (btw, I don’t eat meat). Anyway, They loved the Badlands food. The Bichon is allergic to chicken & eggs and other foods. She breaks out with open sores! When I saw Bandlands had no chicken or eggs I wanted to try it! They love it! Now I use a few chunks for treats and as a topper for food. I love to travel with them - HUGE PROBLEM with their food. No more - I grab their Badlands chow & off we go. Yes, it is expensive and I am not rich. But a bag a month suits us perfectly - and solved my travel dilemma, helps to supplement my cooking chore, convenient and super healthy food they love. I just got my superfood today. My Papitese (Maltese and Papillon mix) has been a super picky eater since a puppy. I've tried a lot of different foods and have a hard time finding ones she'll eat. She is 2 1/2 years old now and has started to develop problem skin (itchy and licking legs and paws a lot.) The Vet recommended changing her food to a small breed formulated food. But, she still doesn't eat the food the Vet recommended very well. I'll see if this food helps her. She usually doesn't eat the food I offer her right away but this food smells really good and isn't very hard compared to other dry dog foods. She ate 3 pieces from my hand right away and then still wanted more and ate probably about 1/4 cup right away. I didn't give her anymore after that since new food needs to be introduced slow but I'll see how it goes and maybe this will be the food she finally loves. She is only 10 lbs and so the small bag and high price will work for us. She has never finished a bag of food before I have to throw it out so maybe she'll eat this up before it has been open for too long.

Dear Paige and Katherine Heigel: I ordered the Badlands Ranch Superfood Complete Dog Food on September 9, 2022, ship date was September 17, 2022. My black German Sheperd and Jack Russell Terrier loved the taste of your food and took to it right away, but unfortunately as I introduced them to the food it does not agree with their digestive system and gave them terrible flatulence (passing gas). I waited a couple of days until the flatulence subsided then introduced the food to them gradually once again and again it made them have pass bad gas (farts). I purchased the food originally since I learned about its launch because of the great ingredients in the food and for Katherine Heigel and her mother's cause of saving and caring for animals...but I am sorry unfortunately my fur-babies cannot "stomach" the food. I think it might be a little too rich for them as they are senior dogs. I understand that there is a 90-day return period. I would like to return the 2 full bags I have and what is left of the 3rd bag for my full refund as you have guaranteed. If they can come up with a food that are for seniors and for sensitive digestive system, I will for sure consider purchasing again. I would need an address where to return the unused product and/or label please. Thank you very much.

Bought this on facebook ad. I got 8 cups of dogfood for 39.00. Then I got a bogus charge for a donation to feed the hungry. It would cost me $390.00 a month to feed my dog. He's 105 lbs.

My little Morkie (Maltese & Yorkie) is a very picky eater. She will only eat boiled chicken with rice & sweet potatoes. I felt she wasn’t getting enough nutrients so I researched dog food & found Badlands. After listening to Katherine Heigels video & doing more research on the dog food I ordered a bag of Superfood Complete. It just arrived yesterday & I gave her some hoping she would eat it. At first she wouldn’t look at it & I thought that was it but I’ll try again tomorrow. All of a sudden she started wolfing it down! I called for my husband to come see because in 5 years we’ve never seen her eat anything like this. Tonight she did the same thing. She loves it! Anyway, point is everything they said about how your dog will love it is true!! Now I’m going to order more food. So thank you to Badlands & Katherine Heigel for what you’re doing for the health of all animals but especially my Ginger.

We have 3 dogs, a 2 brewer terrier, and 1 11yr old cocker spaniel. All 3 took to this dog food immediately with no problem. They already know when it time for breakfast and time for dinner. They tell me.(dog language). I feel the price is high, but so is everything else. Plus Heigel foundation support unwanted/stray dogs, Great cause.
