My dogs coats look alot better.they all 3 dogs love the food,even the 2 picky ones.Wish I could give them this food all the time,just out of my budget. But I will keep buying as much as I can.

My puppy loves the food. She’s only 6 months old and a small dog so I’m just giving her 1/4 cup in the morning which she gobbles down immediately and then she gets her regular puppy food the rest of the day. My only negative was that it took about a month to get the food but that could have been because of the holidays. Also - am I really suppose to be giving her this food in lieu of straight “puppy” food.

I started feeding Milo this food by mixing it in with his other dry food. (You mentioned in a video some people may want to do this due to cost.) Well Milo will only eat the new food. He leaves his old food in the bowl. Think I am going to have to make more money so I can feed him what he wants all the time ;)

Scarlett could smell her new food through the bag. She loved it so much that I'm going to have to put it in a slow feed bowl!

Very disappointed in their customer service. I placed an order January 8th and I had to call them today and asked them where my order is. I was told that it might not ship out till the 25th of January. I believe that is unacceptable to take my money and not ship my product till almost 3 weeks later

a follow up to my review prior. I had to cancell all orders after continued bad info and delivery that never happened. The food was soo good I still gave it 3 stars. If they'd get their shipping and communication straightened out, they'd have got a 5 star and my dogs would have the food they needed. they lost 6 bag order on me.. Maybe Ill try again later on...Its a shame.

My boxer pups love this food!!! Their poops and my Bichon’s have greatly improved. My Bichon’s skin and hair has not improved as I had hoped. Because she can’t chew it easily therefore she’s not getting enough of it for her to show improvement in that area. I had to take away a star since the shipping time is ridiculous! You spend nearly $400 and it takes weeks……to receive, really? When you’re spending that kind of money, you should be getting 2 day shipping! I have to use as a topper because of the cost. I’ve been out the last couple days, (because my order I placed over 2 weeks ago has still not arrived) and when I put the pups food dishes down, they just sit and look at me because the good stuff is missing. Also knocked off a star because it is not senior friendly. My senior Bichon loves the stuff but it is difficult for her to chew. I even soaked in nearly boiling water for half a day and it did not soften at all. It did create a great broth though.

Called to place order,2 time .all out of my choice. .we don't have anything right now everything is on order.NO help, NO IDEA when to order,the worst service ever.
